At SnugglyMates, all of our products are made to order and personalized just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect details provided at checkout.
We understand, however, that issues can arise. If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:
- Items must be reported as damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery.
- Please email us at support@snugglymates.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
Our team will review your request and respond promptly to resolve the issue.
